Sky buys Setanta EPG slot for SS3 HD
Published Friday, Aug 7 2009, 16:10 BST | By Andrew Laughlin

It was reported last month that Deloitte had hired Canis Media to sell off Setanta's vacant Sky EPG slots as part of the process of winding down the UK operation of Setanta Sports Holdings.
Canis Media is now overseeing the sale of nine EPG slots in total, which could fetch up to £1 million.
As part of this, Sky has acquired slot 418 on the EPG to relocate Sky Sports 3 HD in order to bring it closer to the other Sky Sports HD channels. It has not been revealed how much Sky paid for the slot.
