Evans: 'Wogan is a national institution'

Evans, who will take over Wogan's Radio 2 breakfast show next year, described the broadcaster as a "national institution".
Speaking to ITV's News at Ten, he explained: "Terry did it his way. I'll do it my way. I can't fill Terry's shoes, it's impossible."
Evans continued: "He doesn't have to go. He's choosing to go. It is a brilliant decision. So long as he is happy, that is all that matters.
"He has turned into a national institution. A former game show host to knight of the realm. That's not a bad journey."
