Due to premiere in early 2010, the ten-episode series hosted by Rufus Hound will see celebrities take on children in a contest of 'big brains versus little brains'.
Filmed in front of a live studio audience, celebrity captains Sara Cox and Joe Swash will lead their teams to compete against the children in a range of mental and physical challenges.
"This series promises to finally lift the lid on what kids actually know," said UKTV's director of entertainment commissioning Lisa Perrin.
"I guarantee maximum confusion for our celebrity captains who will have to regress to their childhood if they want to have the slightest hope of winning. Add the pressure of a live studio audience to that explosive mix and I can guarantee a hilarious show."
Watch's channel head Paul Moreton added: "Following on from the success we've had with Tarrant Lets The Kids Loose, I wanted another series that would unite the family in front of the telly and give them full-octane, riotous entertainment.
"Kids are naturally funny and by getting everyone to look at the world through the eyes of a child, we will see the humour in the everyday."
Last month, UKTV commissioned celebrity theme park show Scream if You Know the Answer! to air on Watch in early 2010.
