Station owners Global Radio revealed today that the pair earned a second term after giving Capital a ratings boost over the last year.
During their 18-month tenure, the duo raised listener figures from 944,000 when they first joined to over 1.03 million by the end of 2009.
Speaking about the decision, Global Radio's director of broadcasting Richard Park said: "Johnny and Lisa are an outstanding duo and it's thanks to them and a great behind-the-scenes team that the Capital breakfast show has seen such a significant increase in audience figures over the past year, taking us back to number one in London.
"We have a great tradition of supporting talent at 95.8 Capital FM and maintaining the best in radio, and we're delighted Johnny and Lisa will be 'keeping it Capital' for the foreseeable future."
Vaughan stated: "I've loved waking up to Lisa for the past year and a half and I'm looking forward to another two years together!"
Co-presenter Snowdon added: "Another two years of bacon butties and Johnny for breakfast - can't wait!"
