The BBC has announced plans for a "digital drop-in day" in Birmingham next month.
The event, to be held in BBC Birmingham's 'Public Space' between 10am and 3pm on April 1, aims to "provide the answers to everybody's digital dilemmas."
"The digital drop-in day allows you to pop into the Public Space to quiz the experts," explained a BBC spokesperson. "They can provide the answers first hand or give you a free fact sheet to take away."
BBC WM is also planning a special digital-themed phone-in between 11.00am and noon.
