Terrestrials: Summary
The latest election broadcast from Labour reached an aggregate audience of 12.01 million across the evening, down from the Tories' 13.04 million on Tuesday.
BBC Two's Newsnight continued an election campaign ratings ascent with an average of 1.42 million (9.1%) between 10.30pm and 11.20pm.
Earlier, a fly-on-the-wall documentary about school discipline, Classroom Chaos, had averaged 1.13 million (5%) in the 8pm hour.
News Channels: Summary
An interview with the Prime Minister helped Sky News' The Boulton Factor to a series high, with an average of 75,000 (0.98%) in the 11pm hour.
Sky had a strong day overall, with an average audience of 42,000 viewers and a 1.01% share between 10am and 7pm. News 24 trailed with 32,000 (0.73%) over the same period.
Earlier, Sky's Sunrise held a steady 50,000 (1.83%) between 6am and 9.30am. News 24, meanwhile, managed an average of 35,000 (1.08%).
