RTL poised for full ownership of Five

RTL is thought to be weeks away from a deal to secure full ownership of Five.
Reports in the weekend newspapers suggested that the broadcaster will pay around £220 million for United Business Media's 35% stake in the channel.
Discussions between the pair have been ongoing for four years but have now finally reached an "advanced" stage.
