ITV has announced a number of changes to its newly-created consumer division, ITVC.
ITVC chief executive Jeff Henry has made three new appointments, led by Jane Marshall, currently Controller of ITV interactive, who has been promoted to Commercial Development Director.
Rob Hobson has joined as a Business Analyst, moving over from the Business Development Dept within Group Finance and Strategy. In addition Kevin Gooding has been poached from Bulldog to join ITVC as Product Development Director.
"These appointments complete the first phase of ITVC's development and demonstrate that we are 'open for business'," said Henry. "We now have in place a talented, focussed and skilled management team to ensure success and build significant new revenue streams."
Meanwhile, ITV Online Publishing is to become part of ITVC with immediate effect.
