'Top Gear' is top draw with 4.5 million

Top Gear continued to pull in the punters last night with an average of over 4.5 million viewers.
According to early figures, the BBC Two show managed 4.51 million (21.4%) in the 8pm hour, ranking fifth place for the day and beating all other competition in the timeslot, excluding ITV1.
As usual, ITV1's Sunday night drama lineup ruled the roost, led by Coronation Street with 8.68 million (46.2%) at 7.30pm.
Where The Heart Is had 6.86 million (32.6%) at 8pm, pushing Emmerdale to third with 6.64 million (38.9%). A Poirot repeat held 4.87 million (23.5%) between 9pm and 11pm.
The latest from the Big Brother house brought in 4.08 million (18%) to Channel 4 in the 9pm hour, trumping BBC One's docu-drama Hiroshima, which had 3.92 million (17.9%).
Sky Sports 1's coverage of the Chelsea-Arsenal game pulled in the day's highest multichannel ratings, with an average of 1.05 million (15.3%) between 2.30pm and 6pm.
Big Brother's Little Brother was a hit for E4, with audiences of 376,000 (6.7%) and 532,000 (4.2%) at 1pm and 10pm respectively, while ITV2's own reality spinoff Bad Lads Army: Privates Exposed managed 231,000 (1.7%) at 10pm.
Meanwhile, LivingTV enjoyed a successful evening with back-to-back CSI, beginning at 9pm with 272,000 (1.8%) for a new CSI: Miami, followed by audiences of 292,000 (2.3%) and 218,000 (2.9%) for episodes from the Vegas series.
