Terrestrial channels join mobile TV trial

The UK's main terrestrial TV channels have joined a mobile TV trial being run in Oxford by Arqiva (formerly NTL Broadcast) and O2.
BBC One, BBC Two, ITV1, Channel 4, Five, ITV2 and BBC News 24 will all join the lineup alongside previously announced channels Sky News, Sky Sports News, Sky Travel, Chart Show TV, Discovery Channel, Shorts TV, CNN, and Cartoon Network.
The trial, which commences this month, will run until January. The channels will be transmitted using the DVB-H standard to Nokia 7710 handsets.
