'Grass' up by a million

The Only Fools and Horses spinoff added an impressive 1 million viewers to average 6.54 million (30.1%) at 9pm and a fourth place ranking overall.
The show pulled back ahead of ITV1's Taggart, which took fifth with 6.25 million (30.5%) between 9pm and 10.30pm.
Coronation Street was the day's top performer, averaging 10.03 million (48%) at 7.30pm, comfortably ahead of EastEnders (8.97 million, 42%). Emmerdale had 8.28 million (44.6%) for third.
Meanwhile, the launch of Channel 4's new Friday night lineup had a mediocre reception, led by Gene Simmons' Rock School, which managed 2.04 million (9.9%) at 9.30pm. New comedy Spoons had 1.49 million (7.7%) at 10pm.
Jordan and Peter: Marriage and Mayhem was the top draw in multichannel homes, commanding 800,000 (5.5%) for ITV2 in the 9pm hour.
A new episode of QI: Quite Interesting fared well for BBC Four at 10.30pm, pulling in 495,000 (4.4%) and fourth place.
Other strong performers included Living TV's CSI with 329,000 (2.3%), Sky One's profile of The Harlem Globetrotters with 241,000 (1.7%) and ITV3 comedy Clockwise, seen by 241,000 (1.8%).
