ITV1's latest update on the antics from the jungle drew 8.1 million (32.8%), landing a third place ranking for the day. BBC Two's Rome took a dangerous tumble, meanwhile, dropping from 4.73 million (20.1%) to just 3.2 million (12.9%). C4's Grand Designs Revisited followed with 2.76 million (11.2%) while Five trailed with 1.02 million (4.6%) for Street Fighter.
The 7.30pm edition of Coronation Street was the day's top performer with 10.56 million (46.8%) but a second episode, shown at 10pm, fared less well with 7.99 million (36.1%). Emmerdale had 9.08 million (43.9%) for second and The Bill put in 6.76 million (28.1%) in the 8pm hour for fifth.
