Under the agreement, the London-based Warner Bros International Television Production (WBITVP) will have exclusive UK rights to the sale, production and adaptation of all Talpa formats.
A version of Talpa's Dating In The Dark is already shown on UK digital channel Living, but the company also produces a variety of other programmes, including The Golden Cage, Viper's Nest, Know Your Nation and Pretty Smart.
Andrew Zein, WBITVP senior vice president of creative, format development and sales, will oversee all UK collaboration activity with Dutch firm Talpa.
In February, Warner Bros agreed a similar deal to develop Talpa Media's programming formats for the US market.
