Titled Remote Control Star, the show will allow three friends to "indulge their fantasy of making an adult comply with their every command".
The ten-episode series, which will be presented by JK and Joel, will involve the children being given a series of challenges to put their celebrity through.
Filmed on hidden cameras, the programme will "capture the increasing discomfort of the celebrity and bewilderment of the members of the public".
According to Cineflix Productions, celebrities already lined up for the series include "stars from the worlds of soaps, reality shows and Saturday night entertainment".
Cineflix creative director Rob Carey said: "We are thrilled to be producing another exciting new show for CBBC. We can't wait to see what happens when a group of 10- to 14-year-old CBBC viewers take control of some of the biggest names in entertainment - it's going to be lots of fun. We are also looking forward to rolling out the format globally."
Cineflix has recently produced Animals At Work for CBBC, along with Family Food Fight with Flora for Channel 5 and Weird Or What for Discovery US.
Last month, the company hired Colin Jarvis - the former BBC Worldwide director responsible for selling The Weakest Link to America - to help develop its international formats business.
