BBC News and ABC News have inked an agreement that will result in ABC becoming the exclusive distributor of on-demand content from BBC News in North America.
40 on-demand reports per day will be offered for broadband and wireless distribution in the deal.
"The demand for BBC content in the United States is growing all the time," said BBC Global News chief Richard Sambrook. "ABC News, with its track record of high journalistic standards and technological innovation, is a natural partner for us as we begin to meet that demand."
