Jenny Reeks, head of drama at ITV, has become the latest top executive to leave the network.
Reports indicate that Reeks, who joined the network in 1995 along with ITV's drama controller Nick Elliott, quit due to ill health. Under director of TV Simon Shaps' reorganisation of the network, Elliott will be promoted to the position of director of drama.
This week has seen four departures at the very top level of ITV. On Tuesday, director of programmes Nigel Pickard left for RDF, and on Thursday, Bridget Boseley and Sioned Wiliam (controllers of factual and comedy respectively) quit.
