ITV sells OB facility company

ITV has sold outside broadcast facility company 021 Television Ltd to Gravity Media Group.
The Birmingham-based firm was sold for £4.5m in cash.
In a press release, ITV said the sale "represents a continuation of the successful disposal programme of non-core assets."
