Flextech appoints new interactive head

Edward Humphrey has been promoted to head of interactive at Flextech, the company announced today.
Humphrey, currently executive producer for the interactive team, replacing Jason George, who departs in February.
One of his first major projects in the role will be to oversee the launch of a new interactive-based channel, Bravo Player.
"We have ambitious plans across all our channels, which reflect the growing strategic importance that interactive platforms and content hold for Flextech Television," said Humphrey. "I'm excited by the challenge and look forward to building our opportunities in participation TV, mobile content and broadband on-demand."
