Bravo unveils new, "mature" schedule
Published Thursday, Feb 2 2006, 17:11 GMT | By Neil Wilkes

The male-targetted entertainment station is planning to replicate the terrestrials by featuring key shows in regular weekly time slots.
The 10pm slot, Bravo's prime time, will be pushed the most: a raft of new shows will air in the strand, which is being branded "Ten Times Better on Bravo".
"This is a landmark week for Bravo that sees my vision for the channel hit the screens," said channel controller Jonathan Webb. "Our new scheduling approach is a radical shift in Bravo's journey and moves us into the emerging multichannel superleague."
Among the new shows are US comedy imports Always Sunny In Philadelphia and Barbershop, cult series Dog The Bounty Hunter and Night Stalker and violence-themed original I Predict A Riot.
"I've been promising that we won't under-estimate men and [these shows] won't disappoint," added Webb. "These are shows that we are confident will satisfy an audience who to date have been largely uncatered for."
The schedule changes come ahead of a new on-air branding, to be phased in next month.
