Hallmark launches new on-air branding
Published Tuesday, Mar 7 2006, 22:44 GMT | By Neil Wilkes
The Hallmark Channel has rolled out a major rebranding of its on-air look.
The revamp - the first for the UK channel in five years - includes idents featuring images of "highly evocative and emotive" landscapes from around the UK.
"Distilling the essence of drama into a series of idents is not easy, most especially for a channel like Hallmark which shows such an eclectic mixture of dramatic output," said Andy Clyde, creative director at Bruce Dunlop & Associates. "So we took the idea of drama but tried to approach it from a figurative and emotional standpoint."
The new look will roll out across EMEA and global territories in the months ahead.
