Lyle: Reality TV's here to stay

Fox Reality chief David Lyle has dismissed claims that the reality TV genre is losing steam.
"It's not going away," he told the Australian Subscription Television and Radio Association at its conference in Sydney.
"People forget that what we know as reality television has really been around for decades," the former Nine Network executive added, explaining that the genre's low cost relative to scripted productions will ensure it has continued appeal to broadcasters.
