BBC Radio 1's early breakfast host Dev, BBC Radio 3's Tom Service and BBC 6Music's breakfast show presenter Shaun Keaveny complete the lineup.
The broadcasters have been given a masterclass by Mark Thomas and will be mentored by Julian Clary, Miles Jupp and Sandi Toksvig ahead of the live show at the Comedy Store on February 22. Each performer will deliver a three-minute routine.
A series following the broadcasters' progress will air on BBC Radio 4 in March. Listeners will be able to vote for the winner, who will be announced on March 18.
