Broadcast claims that the This Morning and Dancing On Ice presenter will anchor the coverage alongside News At Ten's Julie Etchingham.
Other coverage on the April 29 ceremony will be provided by presenters including Mark Austin, Mary Nightingale and Alastair Stewart.
The BBC previously announced that newsreader Huw Edwards will front its coverage.
