ITV has poached Priya Singh from the BBC to head ITV1's off-peak scheduling as part of a shakeup of the broadcaster's scheduling team.
Stephen Price has been promoted to controller of ITV1's peak time scheduling, taking on the day-to-day management of the peak schedule.
Both will report to David Bergg, director of programme strategy, who takes on overall responsibility for programming and scheduling strategies across all ITV channels.
"Scheduling is taking on an ever more crucial and strategic role," said Simon Shaps, ITV's director of television. "David's expertise and application in this area is second to none and his expanded role has given us an opportunity to add yet more expert resource to this all important area."
