The show, titled Scoreboard, will be hosted by Douglas Anderson from BBC Radio 5 Live's Fighting Talk, who will be joined every week by pundits Scott Minto and Jason Cundy.
Each Friday, Anderson, Minto and Cundy will preview the weekend's Premier League games and try to predict the score in each match.
Fans from all over the world will be able to participate directly in the show via an online Scoreboard game, pitting their predictions against the pundits.
At the end of the season, the programme will reveal whether the experts or the fans have predicted the most accurate results over the final ten weeks of the league.
The hour-long programme will be broadcast live every Friday from The Hospital in London's Covent Garden, featuring the score predictions and a range of celebrity fan interviews.
Discussing the show, Anderson said: "Everyone reckons they're the expert when it comes to predicting football scores - and Scoreboard will give everyone a chance to see who's best: the fans or the pundits."
Scoreboard has been developed by Screenpop, a company owned by The X Factor-producer FremantleMedia.
