NBC is "brainstorming" on ideas to launch new channels in the UK.
According to C21, the broadcaster is considering launching a UK version of its European crime channel 13th Street within the next year or two, as well as some entirely new channel brands.
"We have been brainstorming some ideas for niche-targeted channels, particularly in the UK market," NBCU's Europe MD, Olivier Gerolami, told the website. "And especially when we look at the success of Sci Fi there."
