Sandilands pulls 'sickie' from work?

Jackie O has slammed Kyle Sandilands for calling in sick to work.

Radio and TV personality Sandilands, who is her co-host on the 2DayFM breakfast show, has been absent from the airwaves all week due to "no voice". However, the former Australian Idol judge has still been spotted on a yacht and dining out with friends.

During a word game with Sophie Monk on air on Tuesday, Jackie O used the word "a**ehole" to describe Sandilands.

Radio producer Craig Bruce admitted to The Daily Telegraph that, in Sandilands's absence, his colleague's workload increases and "it's obviously harder for her".

Although Sandilands's boss admitted that the star has had "some genuine health concerns in the past," Jackie O is believed to be angry that Sandilands has been seen socialising with friend Brian McFadden on more than one occasion in the past few days.

Sandilands was rushed to a Sydney hospital last month with very high blood pressure but was later released and advised to rest at home.

Sandilands split from wife Tamara Jaber last year, while McFadden announced last week that he and singer Delta Goodrem had mutually ended their seven year relationship.
