Fifi Box and Jules Lund have lost listeners on their radio show.

The Australian duo, who were announced as the new presenters of Fox FM's afternoon slot after comedy pair Andy Lee and Hamish Blake quit last year, dropped 2% to gain a 15% audience share.

Austereo boss Craig Bruce told the Herald Sun that he was not concerned about the ratings drop, saying: "If you build a brand like Hamish and Andy we knew the numbers would come back a little, but where they have landed is a good result. It is not a reflection on Fifi and Jules."

The radio station did, however, manage to maintain its number one position in breakfast shows.

Earlier this year, it was reported that Box and Lund had gained 11,000 listeners since they started hosting the show.

At the time, station chief Guy Dobson said: "Everyone was telling us we'd lose listeners. Instead, we had the biggest increase of any drive show."
