The record label, which boasts the Arctic Monkeys and Franz Ferdinand among its acts, will launch the station on 87.7FM on June 6.
The station has been inspired by the likes of "the John Peel Show, Radio Caroline and Rinse FM" and will play original tracks by Domino's roster of artists including Animal Collective and Robert Wyatt, reports The Guardian.
Domino Radio will also broadcast a range of programmes from contributors such as Bobby Gillespie, Faris Badwan and Dennis Bovell, as well as many other "tastemakers, instigators, thinkers and activists".
"It is important for us to keep pushing ourselves. We don't do these things to make money obviously. We do them because we want to contribute and because we enjoy representing creativity on different levels," explained Domino's co-founder Laurence Bell.
Although schedules and DJs have yet to be announced, the station has unveiled its tagline, which reads: "Domino Radio, a pop-up radio station for the world outside of pop."
