The Australian radio and television personality, who hosts 2DayFM's breakfast show, forced Project Runway host and model Gale to pull out of an interview with him after branding her a "phoney" live on air.
Sandilands told listeners that he had "never liked her", despite co-host Jackie O and guest Melissa Hoyer insisting that Gale is a "nice, strong and intelligent woman" who had "achieved a lot" in her career.
"I don't like her and there's no reason for me not to like her - it's just that I don't and never have," Sandilands continued. "She's not awful or anything, I just don't care for her, I just don't find her warm. I don't have ill feelings for her at all - I just don't give a s**t about her. I don't find her to be an intelligent, together or strong woman."
After his rant, Jackie O admitted to her colleague that it would be "awkward" if the interview went ahead.
A Foxtel spokesperson later told The Daily Telegraph: "Despite Kyle and Jackie O's producers confirming Megan as a guest on Monday morning... Kyle repeatedly made it very clear that he is not interested in having Megan on his show.
"Kyle suggested Megan's interview be cancelled - so let it be that way as the welcome mat has clearly been pulled."
Gale was recently labelled a "diva" after reportedly making "nothing but the best" demands on the Project Runway set. She later reportedly asked police in Sydney to stop the traffic after claiming that she was being "harassed" by waiting paparazzi.
She has since insisted that she is just a "normal" girl, adding: "I understand if people have made up an idea or conception of who they believe I am. With modelling, especially when you've done it for as many years as I have, you become quite one-dimensional."
Earlier this week, Sandilands launched a verbal attack on rival radio presenter Merrick Watts, calling him a "fat slob" on air.
