ITV has sold its 11.6% stake in Aussie broadcaster Seven for £87 million, the broadcaster announced today.
The move takes the total raised by the disposal of non-core assets to £400 million since the merger of Carlton and Granada in 2004.
ITV said it still retained a "strong interest" in the Australian television production sector through its wholly-owned subsidiary Granada Productions.
