Leon Smith's team will head to Scotland to compete in the Europe/Africa Zone Group II clash at the Braehead Arena in Glasgow from September 16 to 18. The victors will be promoted to Europe/Africa Group I, just below the top World Group.
British number one Andy Murray is hoping to rejoin the GB Team for this promotional match in front of a full house in Glasgow, joined by number two James Ward, who recently broke into the world's top 150 for the first time.
British Eurosport will provide exclusive television coverage of each day's action and will show every match live. There will also be live online streaming and video on-demand of the three-day fixture available via the Eurosport Player.
The coverage will be hosted at the Braehead Arena by Eurosport's tennis presenter Rob Curling, with former Team GB Davis Cup captain Jeremy Bates providing analysis.
David Kerr, the managing director of Eurosport UK, said: "Andy Murray's return to the Davis Cup and to Scotland made the last tie a very emotional occasion.
"The Scottish supporters created a great atmosphere and we're delighted to be returning to Glasgow to bring our tennis fans coverage of this vital promotion tie."
In May, Eurosport offered live broadcast coverage of the French Open tennis tournament in 3D, following the previous year's successful debut.
