Massive R&B is available now on Freesat channel 518, joining the platform's existing music channels NME TV, Bliss, Chart Show TV, Flava and the Vault.
The channel, owned by Blackburn-based record label All Around The World Productions, broadcasts the latest R&B and hip-hop videos, interviews and chart rundowns.
It launched on Sky in November last year, then known as Weekly Top Forty (WTF).
Earlier in the month, Freesat celebrated selling 2 million set top boxes and integrated TVs since the ITV-BBC joint venture launched three years ago.
Freesat's head of channels Mark Briggs said: "We are proud to be increasing our music offering with the addition of Massive R&B.
"Freesat is the fastest growing TV platform in the UK, having recently hit the 2m sales mark, and this is the latest example of Freesat responding and adapting to the interests of our growing audience."
