Steve Coogan, Charlotte Church and JK Rowling are also expected to give evidence at the Leveson Inquiry into media ethics and practices.
They will detail their experiences of alleged media intrusion suffered at the hands of News Corp.
Coogan recently expressed his displeasure with News Corp CEO and Chairman Rupert Murdoch in The Guardian.
"History teaches us that it doesn't matter how plainly wrong something is; if you do it systematically, unblinkingly and for long enough then it becomes accepted, part of the zeitgeist," Coogan wrote. "That is Rupert Murdoch's toxic legacy. We should not allow his son to carry forward the mantle."
The Leveson Inquiry will hear from 23 witnesses over the course of the next seven days. Grant will speak on Monday, while Coogan will testify on Tuesday. Miller and Rowling will give evidence on Thursday.
It was previously reported that Rebekah Brooks will give evidence alongside several victims of phone hacking as part of the judicial inquiry into press intrusion.
