Wrestling stars including Sting, Kurt Angle, AJ Styles and TNA World Heavyweight champion Bobby Roode will shoot two new episodes at the London venue on January 28 in front of thousands of British fans.
The shows will be broadcast on Challenge TV in the UK and Ireland, which recently extended its deal to broadcast TNA Impact Wrestling for a further two years. They will also be shown on Spike TV in the US, as well as around 100 other countries.
Alongside Sting's first appearance in the UK in a decade, the tour will feature various other high profile wrestlers, including James Storm, Bully Ray, Crimson, Samoa Joe, Gunner, Velvet Sky, Gail Kim, and Madison Rayne.
Prior to the show, the TNA Maximum Impact IV UK Tour will visit Nottingham on January 26 and Manchester on January 27 for live events. The TNA Xplosion TV cameras will film at both dates of the tour.
"The show at Wembley Arena will be a truly historic night for everyone at TNA Impact Wrestling and all of our amazing British fans," said TNA president Dixie Carter.
"This decision has been years in the making and I'm so excited to announce it is finally happening on January 28.
"We are just a few tickets away from the London show setting a TNA attendance record, so I hope everyone spreads the word. If you are a fan of TNA, this will be one night you won't want to miss."
Challenge head of channel Barbara Gibbon added: "It's a wonderful opportunity for Challenge's loyal TNA viewers to see their favourite sports entertainment shows in a UK context for the first time ever."
Challenge TV is broadcast throughout the UK and Ireland on Freeview channel 46, Sky channel 125 and Virgin Media channel 139.
