Noguera's publishing vehicle Ai Limited describes the new title as a "lifestyle magazine that will appeal to the digitally savvy male consumer". Industria is also described as "focusing on the point where movies, games, fashion and the digital arts collide".
The first issue, which went into "soft launch" in the App Store last Friday, features BAFTA-winning actor Paddy Considine on the cover in a photoshoot overseen by acclaimed photographer Rankin.
The debut digital magazine also has an exclusive video shoot with Rafe Spall and an interactive feature with The Descendants star Shailene Woodley.
Noguera was part of the team that launched Sir Richard Branson's Project iPad-only magazine in November 2010. He quit the title, which was a joint venture between Virgin Digital Media and Seven Publishing, in November last year.
The first issue of Industria is available for free, but subsequent issues will carry an as-yet-unspecified price. The next one is expected in the third week of March.
