The 48-year-old DJ and musician is to host the On The Road To Big Beach Bootique 5 programme on Xfm every Saturday evening, starting on March 31.
Running from 6pm to 7pm, the show will feature tailor-made DJ mixes from Cook covering the latest club floor-fillers, classic breaks and beats, mash-ups, old skool anthems and "Fatboy Slim classics".
The last episode in the series will be broadcast on the weekend of Cook's Big Beach Bootique 5 event at the Amex Stadium, the new home of Brighton & Hove Albion, on June 1 and 2.
Cook, who appeared in groups The Housemartins, Beats International and Freak Power before making his name as a DJ and producer, said: "If I was allowed to play a ten-hour set at BBB5, this would be just about it.
"From the old and the gold to the brand new and good for you, I'll be mixing in everything to whet your appetite for the party of the year."
Xfm programme director Andy Ashton added: "Norman's position in Xfm's history is unquestionable, with so many amazing records and mixes over the years supported by our network.
"I'm extremely excited to announce this new show as part of our 20-year celebrations, and I cannot wait to see the impact Norman will have on Xfm's weekend offering for the spring and early summer season."
Fatboy Slim: On The Road To Big Beach Bootique 5 will air on Xfm every Saturday from 6pm to 7pm on 104.9 FM in London, 97.7 FM in Manchester and across the UK on digital, mobile and online at xfm.co.uk.
