The deal means that US drama Perception will premiere exclusively on entertainment channel Watch later this year.
Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour - a spinoff from the Criminal Minds series starring Academy Award-winner Forest Whitaker - and new cop show The Protector have been exclusively acquired for crime channel Alibi.
The deal is part of a strategy by UKTV, the joint venture between BBC Worldwide and US broadcaster Scripps Networks Interactive, to differentiate its pay-TV networks from the crowd.
Perception launched in America on TNT earlier in the year, pulling in five million live viewers and prompting it to be renewed for a second season, which has also been picked up by UKTV.
The show stars Eric McCormack (Will & Grace) as eccentric neuroscientist and university professor Dr Daniel Pierce, who teams up with FBI agent Kate Moretti (Rachael Leigh Cook - She's All That) to crack the most difficult cases.
Watch general manager Steve Hornsey said that he hopes Perception will bring success to the channel similar to that achieved with Dynamo: Magician Impossible and Alcatraz.
"Perception has all of the ingredients that make it perfect for Watch's remit of showcasing series that are 'out of the ordinary'," he said.
"The channel has enjoyed phenomenal success with series like Dynamo: Magician Impossible and Alcatraz, and new addition Perception will further strengthen the channel's output, cementing Watch's position as a major entertainment channel in the UK."
The Disney deal also brings new crime shows Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour and The Protector to Alibi later this year.
Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour follows the FBI's Behaviour Analysis Unit as its agents use "unconventional methods of investigation and aggressive tactics to capture the nation's most nefarious criminals".
The Protector focuses on Gloria Sheppard (Ally Walker - Sons of Anarchy), a divorced mother of two who "juggles domestic life with her hectic career as an LAPD homicide detective".
UKTV's Alexandra Finlay said: "We're delighted to be continuing our strong relationship with Disney.
"Perception's proposition embodies Watch's channel remit of tackling fascinating subject matters with a different twist, while Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour and The Protector extend Alibi's successful strategy around US drama."
Disney's Dayna Donaldson added: "We're looking forward to launching these shows with UKTV, bringing them to UK audiences for the first time.
"Perception, Criminal Minds: Suspect Behaviour and The Protector are full of suspense, intrigue and adrenaline and will keep viewers on the edge of their seats."
UKTV is on track to enjoy its most successful year to date, including the Watch channel reporting growth of 3% year-on-year.
Alcatraz is the channel's highest rating acquisition to date, with a peak audience of 1.6 million for episode one. The second series of Dynamo: Magician Impossible returned to Watch this year with an average of 2.1m viewers for the first episode.
