'Life on Mars' indie up for sale

Kudos Film and Television, the independent production company behind Life on Mars and Spooks is believed to be up for sale for around £40 million.
Broadcast reports that Eyeworks, which makes Test the Nation is currently in talks to acquire the company.
U.S-owned TWI, RDF Media and All3Media were originally looking to buy Kudos but were believed put off by the company insisting on an all-cash deal.
Kudos joint managing directors and major shareholders Jane Featherstone and Stephen Garrett are set for a windfall if the sale goes ahead.
