Five US & Life sign with Global Listings

Media data service Global Listings has signed a deal with Five Broadcasting to supply press schedules, electronic programme guides and the TV highlights magazine for Five Life and Five US.
Currently provided by Broadcasting Data Services, the service includes viewing, researching and writing of all the programme synopses, as well as providing full editorial services for the two channels' weekly highlights magazine.
Thalia Droussioti, managing director of Global Listings, said: "We are absolutely thrilled to have secured this new partnership with Five, having fought off the competition in what was understandably a hotly-contested pitching process."
Global Listings also manages EPG and listings schedules for 264 channels including Discovery Networks, ESPN Classic Sport, Extreme Sports, Front Row, FX, National Geographic, Nickelodeon, and Trouble in the UK.
