Real Estate TV first to be sponsored

The sponsor, Spanish overseas resale property agent Resale España, has been showing branded idents on the channel since the beginning of January.
The deal will run for a two month period, with an option to extend this over the next 12 months.
Digby Orsmond, chief executive of ARM Direct, who brokered the deal: “We have found Real Estate TV to be a successful, accountable and cost effective media for DRTV and we have been keen to take advantage of the new Ofcom rules to expand our relationship with the channel on behalf of our client, Resale España."
Launched in October 2004, Real Estate TV broadcasts information on property selling and buying, upcoming areas and increasing the value of a property. It is broadcast online, on Sky channel 279 and on Ntl:Telewest.
