Sports networking site isporty.com is launching an online TV channel.
isporty TV claims to be "the first online TV sports channel for grassroots sports" and will feature clips supplied by site members.
Commentary and analysis will come from the isporty presenters who include ITV Sport pundit Gary Newbon, alongside Match of the Day's Rebecca Lowe and Britain's 3000m steeplechase athlete Jo Ankier.
Launching on Thursday, the channel is a part of isporty.com, which is backed by the England football team's assistant manager Terry Venables, and founder of Loaded and Golf Punk magazines Tim Southwell.
isporty.com is aimed at bringing together sports enthusiasts with the same interests to play with and against each other. The site will also feature news, videos, photos and podcasts through tie-ups with sites like Google, YouTube, BBC, Yahoo and itunes.
As well as Venables and Southwell, who takes the role of controller of the isporty TV, the management team includes Chris Ward, who helped build Friends Reunited and Mike Lee OBE, who was involved in London's successful 2012 Olympic bid.
