New digital radio licence advertised

Ofcom has advertised a new digital radio multiplex licence covering Herefordshire and Worcestershire.
The media regulator has estimated that the licence, to be issued for 12 years, will cover an area with an adult (15+) population of 586,000.
Capacity will be reserved on the multiplex for BBC Hereford & Worcester.
