Trade body the RadioCentre and premium rate regulator Icstis are currently in talks over on-air phone-ins following allegations against shows on Virgin Radio and LBC.
One complaint came from a Virgin Radio listener who claimed he had texted Suggs' Saturday evening show under the impression it was live, only to see Suggs live on Ant and Dec's ITV1 show Saturday Night Takeaway soon after.
Channel 4 News also referred a claim that suggested there were problems with the pricing of phone-ins on talk radio station, LBC.
Icstis has said it is waiting for more information on both matters before deciding whether to launch a full enquiry.
