'Quiz Call' returns to Five
Published Monday, Apr 2 2007, 10:19 BST | By Joanne Oatts
Phone-in quiz show Quiz Call has returned to Five's schedule after a review of its procedures.
In March, Five suspended all programming featuring premium rate telephone services after admitting to problems with daytime quiz show Brainteaser.
Following a review of the show by Five and independent auditors Deloitte, the broadcaster returned Quiz Call to the 1am slot over the weekend.
The broadcaster says it will continue to monitor Quiz Call as part of its compliance measures.
Five is currently finalising reviews of its other programmes which include premium rate phone services, and will make a further statement in due course.
