'Persuasion' attracts 5.4 million

The last adaptation in ITV1's Jane Austen season ended with 5.4 million viewers and a 26.1% share at 9pm last night.
Persuasion, which starred Rupert Penry-Jones, began with 6.2 million and a 26.4% share, but dropped viewers over its two hours, ending with just over 5 million.
Mansfield Park, which starred Billie Piper, was the most popular of the recent adaptations with 5.9 million and 28.5% audience share. Last week's Northanger Abbey pulled in 5.6 million and a 26.6% share.
BBC One's Castaway took its lowest figures so far with only 1.8 million and a 7.5% share tuning into the reality show at 9pm. Next week the show is being changed to a 3-part 30 minute format, airing at 7pm on Sundays, Tuesday and Thursdays.
ITV1's The Royal scooped the biggest audience of the night with 7.9 million and a 32.7% share at 8pm.
BBC Two's Louis Theroux: the Most Hated Family in America managed 4.3 million and a 18.4% share in the same slot. BBC Two did well with The Best of Top Gear managing 3 million and a 12.3% share at the same time.
BBC One's Play It Again, which saw comedian Frank Skinner learning to play the banjo, pulled in 2.4 million and a 10.1% share at 8pm. Celebrity Wife Swap on Channel 4 took 3.4 million and a 13.9% share, with Five's Grey's Anatomy attracting 900,000 and a 3.6% share in the same slot.
