In a move to dispose of its non-core assets, ITV has sold its 9.99% stake in Arsenal Football Club.
Sports firm KSE UK, owned by US multi-millionaire Stan Kroenke, has acquired the stake.
The firm is also in talks about buying ITV's 50% stake in Arsenal Broadband, a joint venture between Arsenal and Granada Enterprises, subject to agreement from the London club.
The combined deal would be worth £65 million. Since the creation of ITV plc in 2004, the broadcaster has reportedly raised over £500 million by selling off such assets.
