This week it's the turn of Paula Warwick, who works across ITV's big name entertainment shows, and keeps 'em peeled for top US formats to bring to the network.

Responsibilities
I work with the entertainment commissioners across all of ITV's entertainment shows, liaising with internal departments to ensure our programming is marketed, promoted and scheduled effectively. I actively look out for international formats to bring to ITV and have also started to manage my own shows.

Best thing about your job
Working with some of the best people and biggest shows in television.

Worst thing about your job
Travelling to Grays Inn Road.

First thing you do in the morning when you get in
Get a coffee and check the ratings.

What question have you been asked most this week?
"Can you sort it out?"

What do you think makes a good TV editor?
Ability to manage multiple projects, having great attention to detail, and being able to create great working relationships.

Which entertainment format would you most like to have thought of?
Big Brother, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire or Deal or No Deal

Are there any old entertainment formats you can see having a revival (that haven’t already)?
Yes, but that's for us to know!

Any downsides to working in the media?
Dealing with egos.

The first time I went to the National TV Awards years ago - it felt very exciting and glamorous at the time!
