The BBC, ITV, Channel 4, Five, Sky, Barb and the Institute of Practitioners in Advertising have created a working party which has been working with ABC Electronic to create statistical reports using agreed criteria. ABCE is the the online arm of the ABC, which records newspaper and magazine circulations.
