All3Media goes Maverick
Published Thursday, Jun 21 2007, 16:11 BST | By Joanne Oatts
The producer of Channel 4's 10 Years Younger, Maverick Media, has been bought by production group All3Media.
All3Media's currently has 11 other production companies under its umbrella, which between them produce shows such as Shameless, Midsomer Murders and Hollyoaks.
Birmingham-based Maverick, which also has an office in London, began in 1993, and has mainly worked on factual entertainment shows like How to Look Good Naked, but has recently begun a move into drama, with a number of projects in development.
Maverick's managing director, Jim Sayer, said the deal would mean the company would retain its identity while helping it to "grow the business and expand our output."
